For the handling of bundles of steel reinforcing mesh. The unit consists of four pincers with a deep throat allowing them to drop between the mesh apertures. The units are designed as fork mounted devices enabling them to be quickly detached freeing the truck for other operations. Each pincer is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, which can be locked closed. Optional pincer positioning can be selected, allowing varying widths to be handled preventing excessive hog or sagging encountered if a compromised centre on a fixed beam is used. The units can be supplied with a stand which removes the need to leave the attachment resting on its pincers.
